How does post-covid-19 make an impact on businesses? 


We met with our clients to discuss organisational development for different scales of the organisation. Some are considered the top 20 most prominent companies in Thailand, some are public companies, some are international investors interested in expanding business in Thailand, and some are SME consultant experts. Things we found in common are increasing productivity for their business, increasing sales, reducing costs and using digital tools.

Is this a significant change compared with the world before Covid-19? No, we don’t think so. 

Most organisations expect to develop employees to get knowledge and skills to increase revenue and reduce costs. But current situation makes them require to see the tangible impact with full speed.

That is why we start to support our clients in developing their organisations with this BBMMSS model.

Sale: This skill set will help organisations increase revenue. Of course, this is what most organisations are looking for. And this skill will be one of the “KEY” measurements on how learning can impact business results.

Scale: sustainability and scalability are essential for this era. You should expect tools and knowledge that can support you to scale the new business faster and more stable.
